3 years with the semi-professional Glasgow Clydesiders box lacrosse
1 year with the University of London
2 years with Tulsa Lacrosse Club (Oklahoma)

Internationally capped player and named to the 2020 and 2021 European Lacrosse Championships teams. Awards: Scottish University National Champions (3x), Scotland National Champion, Oklahoma state Champion, UoE Half-Blue Award, British Universities Champions, SEMLA Semi-finalist.

70-minute session example... increase time for specific sessions (i.e. 90min/120min/180min sessions).
10 min - Typically, a warmup focused on movement activations based on NT curriculum activations.
30min - Drills to reinforce fundamentals of the session focus (Passing and Catching, dodging, shooting, positional awareness)
10min - position-specific explanations and walk through at 1/2 speed.
15min - 6v6, 5v5, 4v4 etc., to practice what was drilled.
5min - cooldown

I bring an onfield doctor for Lacrosse Scotland and Arizona Cardinals/Dbacks with experience in body movement to start activations to get the body moving and ready for the first 10min, then technical sessions with a lot of ball mastery movements depending on the level, passing and functional sessions, shooting and finishing sessions, strength and fitness sessions(optional). Depending on what the player needs, we can focus more on positional specific drills for the last hour.

There has been an increase in injuries in youth, especially in the hotter climates#, and this is because of body movements on the field. My session starts with good body posture and activation work with a professional in injury prevention and movement and then I take over the lacrosse aspect of it for the hour.

Client Reviews

Dr Robbins was went above and beyond when our head coach had to cancel last minute due to an emergency. He was able to slot in to our team session (15 U18 players) and not only was able to bring a new perspective to our team’s tactical plans but took time to teach our kids how to move more effectively which had an immediate impact on the overall performance of our team. Thanks Coach!
