Client Reviews
Darius (CoachUp client)
This was a very first time working with the trainer and let me say my nine year Dakota has not stopped talking about it Coach Rhodes encourage him to push past his level of confidence and comfort. he’s very excited to continue the training with Coach Rhodes to improve his athletic abilities. If you are thinkin of booking him. I would say don’t hesitate to book because he works with each kid individually on their level even though he’s goin to push them to exceed and he all about the development of the kids and positive progression
Coach Mileds (Testimonial)
Booked Coach for strength & conditioning for my high school basketball team- in the first three months our athletes increased their bench press & squat max and improved their mobility. He is knowledgeable and knows how to create an effective training program.
