I begin every session with speed and agility to get warmed up. That will flow into form shooting, ball handling and usually a full court drill. I always have the athlete shoot free throws in between drills so they can get that game like feel when shooting them.
Next we will go into a a series of shooting drills; stationary, off the dribble, various types of footwork. My specialty is teaching athletes why they miss and how to correct it quickly.
