Hello my name is Mark Ellis , I've been coaching lacrosse for more then 10 years and just started implanting Strength & Condition into my program. I've been coached by National champion coaches as well as coaching along side them. I've coached all ages ranging 5 years of age to Division one athletes. I currently coach Garden City 34 summer league team where we travel the east coast to play other high level teams.

The exceptions of my training sessions is to coach and train as if every one of my clients are Division One athlete regardless of age or sport. Everything I coach is for a purpose to help my clients become the best athlete they can possibly be. As your trainer a open communication of what you goals are is extremely important to me so I can focus on those weakness and help them become your strengths.
