I have been training athletes for 15 years from the ages of 5 years old up to the professional level. I have trained athletes from OH, WV, KY, MD, NC, & NY doing private sessions, group training classes, and teams camps.

Skill Development
This session is designed to provide young students the knowledge and skills to be successful in the game of basketball. The core of the program is designed to teach proper ball-handling, passing, and lay-up technique to prepare each student for the next level.

Shooting Fundamentals:
This session is designed to build and develop the perfect form to be a consistent shot maker no matter where you are on the court. During each session, the student will learn how to shoot the basketball the right way along with the proper footwork technique. Also, there will be shooting segments focusing on shooting off the dribble, off of screens, and at the free throw line.

Premier Session:
This session is designed to provide the student with the necessary basketball skills to take their individual game to the next level. The Premier Session focus will be combining ball handling sequences along with shooting fundamentals to create space with effective offensive moves. Also, there will be mental & muscle memory segments designed to train and develop the mind & body to maintain your skill level throughout the year.

In-Season Training:
This session is designed to sharpen specific areas of the student's individual game. The core of these sessions will focus on muscle memory segments designed to perfect shooting fundamentals from multiple areas on the court along with free-throw execution.

Also, there will be a point of emphasis on tempo and sequence dribbling to create space for offensive moves.
