With a solid foundation in football and a diverse coaching background, I bring valuable experience to my clients. Having played in Austria's 2nd division and gone through a 1st division academy, I've gained comprehensive insights into the game. My coaching journey began with a youth coaching license, learning the fundamentals to effectively nurture young talent.

I had the privilege of being coached by Carsten Jancker, a top scorer in numerous competitions and a key player at clubs like Bayern Munich. His guidance in both personal training and team sessions revealed how elite clubs push their players to excel, offering me a deep understanding of top-tier training methods.

I excel in connecting with younger players and teenagers, understanding their dreams and challenges because I was once in their shoes, chasing my own professional aspirations. My expertise spans working with age groups 10-14 and coaching at an academy level while competing with the first team. Whether you’re refining skills or developing a winning mindset, I’m here to guide and inspire players at every level.

I started my football journey with a small countryside team, where my talent quickly caught the eye of scouts. At 14, I was recruited by a 1st division team and soon loaned to SV Horn in the 2nd division. My time there was formative; I went through their academy and made my mark on the first team. I helped SV Horn win the 3rd division title, bouncing back from relegation the year before, and became the youngest player in the league that season.

The following year, I made appearances in the 2nd division, proving my skills at a higher level. Juggling football with my studies, I pursued an academic career while playing in the 4th division, where I won the league and finished as the top scorer.

After completing my bachelor’s degree, I returned to the 3rd division and then moved to the US to pursue an MBA. Now, my focus is on achieving my dream of winning a national championship here, continuing my journey of growth and excellence in the sport.

When starting with a new client, the first step is to discuss their goals: what they want to improve and within what timeframe, as well as their commitment level per session. Once these details are clear, the training sessions follow a consistent structure. Each session begins with a warm-up combining mobility, flexibility, and strength exercises along with ball work to get started. The main part of the training focuses on the specific goals we've set. This segment is repeated over two weeks to refine a particular detail before moving on and then revisiting it for reinforcement. Sessions conclude with a cool-down, including breathing exercises if requested by the client. This approach is adaptable for solo sessions or small groups of up to four people, ensuring personalized and effective training.
