I am always looking forward to meeting new people! First, I will ask you to tell me a little bit about your tennis experience. Then, I like to start with the warm up so I can observe your technique and analyze your mistakes.
After 5 minutes of mini tennis, I like to move to the baseline to continue the warm up. During the lessons, we will talk about some feedback on your game and then I usually let you decide on what we are going to work on for the rest of the time.
Moving forward, I will go through detailed explanation of 'your problem' and what we are going to do in order to fix it. I will provide you with an exact plan of how the lesson is going to look like for the rest of the time and 3 drills that will help you to improve your game. Starting with static drills and adding a progression with each new drill.

Finishing up with a fun game or a cool down hitting. Leaving last 5 mins for a ball clean up and discussing what worked and what did not.

I hope to see you on the court soon!

Excellent coach, really helped me grasp tennis as a beginner!

My daughter, who is 8 years old, had a great session with Coach Marina the other day. After unsuccessful attempts at finding a suitable coach for my daughter outside the CoachUp network, I was happy to see that things just clicked with coach Marina. Her friendly approach to teaching established the right connection at the outset and my daughter was comfortable with working with Marina from the beginning. Small nuances in teaching style can make a big difference. Further, I noticed that Marina was knowledgeable with different methods of teaching (such as using a big glove for teaching volley technique and her method for getting started with serving) which was very helpful in getting my daughter comfortable with different positions. Also, unlike other instructors, I noticed that Marina used different drill-techniques to keep my daughter moving - which is sometimes hard to do with beginners. We are looking forward to continuing with Marina for further lessons and i would recommend others to do the same.

Coach Marina is a great coach and I felt a great improvement after 3 classes with her. She is very accommodating for the time schedule. She is definitely the top notch coach and I would recommend her to anyone.

Marina is a wonderful coach and with just two sessions I feel vastly improved!!!

fantastic first session. Just booked 5 more for my daughter.

Marina was fantastic. 100% going to book her again!

Coach Marina is an excellent coach. After consistent practices and sessions with her, I saw improvement in many aspects of my tennis. Whether it is over-hand serve, volleys, top-spin, or slices, my consistency has increased overall. Coach Marina is very technically sound, and can answer any question you have. She is dedicated to reducing your weaknesses and helping you become a better well rounded player.

Marina is a great coach and excellent hitting partner. Our sessions have a perfect mix of hitting, drills, games and point play. I feel much more confident with my game and see consistent improvements after every session.

Great coach. She is always available and can work with you in what you need. I would definitely recommend her.

Coach Marina is a good hitting partner!

My son was very happy with coach marina. He started off not wanting to try tennis and now is excited to play! Thanks

She was awesome and really got my game back in form!

Marina is absolutely fantastic! My teenage daughter has gained key skills and a lot of confidence on the court in just a few months of weekly lessons with Marina. She looks forward to every lesson and will be much better prepared for team try outs at school. But most importantly, she's come to love the sport.

Coach Marina was a great! She knew right away the areas I needed to work on and helped me improve my technique in just one session!

Marina is amazing, she explains clearly and easily so even beginners like me pick up quickly.

Amazing work!! This lady knows her stuff and that's the only way you can really teach others!!!
Ready for the next level, call her!

Marina is very skilled, professional and patient. When she feeds me balls, she constantly correct my movement and postures, and remind me of my drawbacks, which I find extremely helpful. She has a number of drills that I like very much, and I believe that I will see big improvement after more sessions with her. I will definitely book more sessions, and I highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful lesson with Marina! As a complete novice, it was nice to work with someone so patient and knowledgeable. She’s great at pointing out corrections while explaining the reasoning behind the different movements.

Great coach. I'm recovering from ACL surgery and Marina did a great job placing the ball right at my feet so I can slowly get back in the game. Would highly recommend.

I had my first private session with Coach Marina today and I have to say, it went better than I expected. I'm a former USTA 5.5 rated player and haven't played competitively in over 20 years. Coach Marina got me into the groove and started updating my game quickly. I'm looking forward to having her work with me more so that I can compete in the 40+ USTA Leagues. First thing I need to do is get back into some better condition! She pushed me as much as I could handle for my first session. It was fantastic! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a very solid coach with great experience.

So far I've had one lesson with Marina and she has been great. About me: I am a 39 year old recreational player looking to shore up my fundamentals and increase consistency in my serve. Marina showed up on time at the location we discussed beforehand. Her communications were prompt (even if just to let me know she was still researching schedules). The lesson itself was very organized (i.e., skills assessment, forehand and backhand drills, volley drills, serving, etc.). Marina was really good about checking in to make sure I didn't need a break or water. She also gave me a few drills to practice on my own prior to our next lesson. I definitely will be booking with her again.

I cannot say enough good things about Coach Marina. She is patient, instructive, and beyond qualified as a tennis coach. I'm new to the game (at 24 yrs old) and was nervous about starting; it feels that people my age are either pros or simply don’t play. Marina was very understanding of my skill set (or lack there of) and managed to get me doing rallying drills by the end of session! Whether you’re looking to brush up on a sport you love or try tennis for the first time, Marina is the person to help you achieve your goal!

Marina is a great tennis coach. After short practice sessions, she pointed out my strength and weakness and gave me lessons to improve them. They were all to the points, and I felt great progress in my skills. I recommend Marina to anyone who wants to improve his/her tennis skills with a great coach.

Marina is a great coach and great person.
Very positive and responsible.
Highly recommend her !

Marina is great, patient, focused on detailed of the positions of your strokes. I am actually a 4.5 level player and I hired Marina for my wife who is a beginner. My wife has already improved dramatically especially on the backhand and I have also found useful her directions on my serve. I recommend Marina to everyone who loves this sport and wants to improve

Marina is a terrific coach. She is patient, understanding and committed to helping you get better! I highly recommend her!

Marina is great. I promise that I didn't pick her because of her pretty pictures but because she was the most responsive to my first message.
On the non-tennis side, she is extremely responsive, nice, fun and very flexible about schedule, location etc.
On the tennis side, she corrected the very precise issues that made my backhand totally useless. She observed and could pinpoint things like releasing my wrist to lower racket before hitting or my hip movement that was too much.
Drills are very good, and are sometimes based on how to distract attention from the gesture obsessions that make me tense.
If you expect your coach to tell you how wonderful you play and that djokovic has nothing on you, don't pick her because she will tell you the truth in a sometimes abrupt way (which is not the above in my case) but she is extremely nice and does that for you to improve.

Marina is indeed a great coach! Very well-planned sessions and useful advice from her. In just a few sessions I learned slicing and improved my forehand and serving a lot. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Marina was great. She focused on my goals and came up with great drills. The other thing I really appreciated from her was the responsive communication in setting up our session. Highly recommended.

Marina brings her intelligent, patient demeanor on the court to make your child feel comfortable to hit the ball like a super star.
