My experience as a coach has been at two different high schools in the Denver area. I assistant coached at Arrupe Jesuit High School in Denver for two years, helping them reach the playoffs for the first time in school history. I was also the head Junior Varsity coach for one year at Arrupe, leading them to a 6-6 record, which is the best in school history. I then took an assistant coaching job at Arvada High School, where I just completed my third full season.

I am experienced in dealing with high school level kids and younger. I have been a part of numerous baseball camps giving instruction to high school kids and younger.

I played baseball from the time I could walk. I grew up in Arvada, and attended Faith Christian High School. While at Faith, I played baseball, football, and golf. I realized after my sophomore year that baseball was my love and that it was going to take me the farthest. I received first-team all state both my junior and senior seasons at Faith as a shortstop. I was first team all-conference my sophomore through senior years. Individual awards aside, the teams that I played on won two state championships and reached the final four three out of the four years that I competed. My talents were able to carry me to Regis University, where I played one season under Coach Mcdermott. I then transferred to Metro State University, and competed for one year on their baseball team. I played collegiate baseball during the last three summers (2011-2013) in the Rocky Mountain Baseball League.

A client can expect a session that is full of energy and knowledge passed onto them. I am a born and raised middle-infielder, but have knowledge of every position on the baseball field. We will first start by stretching, and receiving proper technique in the area of preparing your body to compete. After this, I will have the athlete throw in a specific warm up session that I believe is best for their arm. Depending on the position they play, we will then jump to the defensive side and focus on various things that pertain to their position. After doing this, we will then move to the offensive side where I will teach the client how to hit with proper mechanics and confidence. My whole session will be very attentive and specific, in hopes that my client will become a better baseball player.
