More About Coach Marcus

I played professional basketball In Europe for 10 years and 8 of those were in Germany.

My experience as a 6-6 post player that achieved several accolades and averaged nearly a double for his entire career translates into being able to train wings and post players in areas they need to develop in order to play at higher levels.

I would love the opportunity to teach and coach hungry individuals that would like to play at the next level.

Full Athletic Scholarship at Northern Illinois University.

Named to first team all MAC conference Junior year and named Preseason player of the year Senior Year.

Named forward of the year in the German Second Bundesliga(pro a) by Euro Basket for 2009-2010 season

I train as if I train myself so a specific break down includes stretching and warm up exercises so the body is conditioned for the intensity of the workout.

The second phase is drill specific excercises to strengthen weak skill areas and work to develop further areas of strength.

The 3rd phase is cool down exercises to promote active recovery.

Workout tailored to specific athlete.
