I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA sports sciences. I have experience coaching basketball and track & field, focusing on conditioning and physical fitness to better their abilities. I have been doing this for 4 years. I currently work at Equinox Sports Club in Boston, MA. Currently I am running my own fitness website, www.gloupfitness.com dedicated to helping people globally to buy in to the fitness lifestyle, better their health, and exceed expectations and achieve their goals.
I was a collegiate Track & Field athlete for four years at Springfield College. I competed in New England, All New England and ECAC championships participating in the 60 meter dash, 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, and 4 x 100 meter relay. At Springfield College I was the recipient of the "Bearcat" Award, given to an athlete of the Track & Field program who showed the most improvement, as well as a yearning to get better every day.
As a basketball athlete I competed four years for Blue Hills Regional Tecnical High School. As a senior my team posted a 12-10 record for a playoff berth. I competed for the AAU program YABC in Boston, Massachusetts as a freshman and sophomore and MASS appeal as a junior.
A session is based off what the client's needs are whether that be weight loss, building muscle, or performance training. I start off with flexibility to prevent the member from injury. This will be followed by a session that is focused on the progressive improvement of the client. My goal is to create a program that fits the client's needs and helps them achieve the excellence that is within the.
