I have been coaching high school baseball for over 10 years. I have coached at various high schools in NYC (Regis and Salesian High School) just to name a few. I currently train all athletes for speed and agility, strength and conditioning for ages 9-16

I played baseball at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, NY. Being an athlete in the Northeast is very crucial to work hard to outshine those across the country.

My diligence and hard work had paid for my successful collegiate career.

My clients can expect to learn specific drills to take their game to the next level.

We will work on specific fielding drills and hitting drills that are game like scenarios and movements.
