Begins with physical preparation, integrating soccer specific movements as the warm up and work on soccer player bio mechanics.
Work of small touches of the ball, ball mastery with both feet
Rest of the session depends on that days focus. Passing, shooting, dribbling. A mix.
In addition to this, exercises may be filmed and I can provide feedback to player, using the film to show and analyze both positives and areas to improve on.
Finally, mental coaching throughout, no better way than to learn from a professional who’s been there, felt it, done it, furthered by my education and post grad in Player Coaching with concentration in the psychology aspect.
