More About Coach Manuela
I have worked as group fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2008, and I enjoy both group classes and personal training working at local gyms and on my own. I am certified in both, and also hold an Aquatic Exercise Speciality certification. Currently I teach mainly strength training, boot camp, and water aerobics classes, and I train people 1-on-1 as well as couples. I enjoy personal training (1-on-1) and boot camp classes the most. The training is also very personal, and a good relationship can be built with the client.
Additionally, I am open to coaching in other areas of sports and fitness as well.

I tailor the workouts to the clients needs and goals. My personal training sessions include consultation and mostly strength training/ body conditioning. Here I like to focus on core training and working with little equipment and one's own body weight. Depending on the clients' needs I can also provide cardiovascular training and running. Additionally, I try to make the training challenging but also as enjoyable as possible for the clients.
The client should warm up before the session if possible, otherwise my sessions include a short warm-up, training, and a few minutes stretching in the end. I would advise personal training sessions for 2x per week, but I also take sign-ups for as little as 1 session or as many sessions a client wants/needs. Location, days and times are flexible.
