I am a Varsity assistant for Indian Trail High School. Summer ball coach for 16u Phenom. Ages 9-22. Excited to work with anyone and to make them better as an athlete/person.
SEC player of the year 2014. 1st team all conference. 1st team All district. 1st team all county. Honarble mention all state. 2nd team all conference and 2nd team all county.
I focus on all aspects of the game. Pitching,hitting, and defense. I also make a good stretching program and routine for each kid and work on cardio with every client . Keeping the body loose is the key!
