I Recently moved to LA from Philadelphia where I’ve train some of the top athletes in the country in middle school high school and college. Also the head assistant coach at LA TRADE TECH COLLEGE… i work with kids start at age 4
I played at a powerhouse in Philadelphia Simon Gratz high school , played college at UTEP, Binghamton …. Drafted 2012 NBA Dleague Played over seas for 5 years then started a kids basketball program in Philly after that and I’ve been training every since 2014
Typically , stretching get loose , ball handling will be something we will do each and everywhere workout , different ways to score the ball, situation moves , spot shooting , different hand finishing, free throws in between different drills and conditioning…. I try to in store confidence in all my clients
