I am a Health and Fitness Coach with over 5 years of experience training clients including athletes, kids, teenagers but also the elderly and everything in-between.
Exercise is essential for having a well-balanced life and there is an inner-athlete in every person; My job is to motivate and help unlock each individuals true potential. I love to incorporate functional training into my clients’ workouts and make adjustments tailored to each individuals experience and current fitness level so that each session is challenging, rewarding and also a fun learning experience. I am also a French Boxing Former with a degree in Law. I enjoy working out, playing soccer, climbing, and sharing my passion for fitness!

Personal Training is the fastest way to reach your fitness goals with the proper nutrition guidance, workout program and exercise technique/form. Each session begin with a brief discussion regarding my clients goals, expectation. Wether you are beginner, experienced or want to lose weight, get back in shape, push yourself to the next fitness level, I will work with you and start you off at your fitness level. I have a program to fit your needs. Men, women, and children of all ages participate in my Private and Group Training programs.
I develop a customized workout/nutrition program designed for your specific goals to maximize results.
