I have been coaching for 12 years, since the middle of my 4 year degree in college where I graduated in Exercise Science, specializing in Bio-Mechanics. I went to Saddlebrook Tennis Academy in Tampa, where I was able to hit with players such as Roddick, Blake, Martina Hingis, Malisse etc. After that I went to University of West Florida and was training there full time as well. Since I graduated I have been training at Academies and Privately full time. Recently I have incorporated video taping as one of my main forms of teaching, I video tape every lesson so that my clients can go home and review what they learned every day. I have also trained football players, kick boxers and Swimmers in fitness and weights. Currently I continue to train them online with nutrition and exercise prescriptions.

I played college tennis, my team won nationals 2 years in a row. Last year I played 9 mens prize money tournaments and won 4 of them. Personally I am in excellent shape, I train myself very hard and always keep up to date with new systems and nutritions to better myself.

That depends on the person I am training, I personally like to work on points, video taping them so you can later on see what is causing you to lose them. The most important part of tennis is the fitness portion, so if I do not have time to train you during our sessions for this, I will give you homework so that you can at least get some of it done.
