As a coach for FC Strikers academy's summer camps, I led dynamic training sessions focusing on fundamental soccer skills such as ball mastery, dribbling, and passing drills. These camps provided a platform for me to share my expertise and passion for the game with aspiring young athletes. Additionally, as a NASM certified personal trainer, I conduct individualized one-on-one training sessions that encompass not only soccer-specific techniques but also comprehensive strength and conditioning exercises. This coaching experience has honed my ability to tailor training programs to meet the unique needs and goals of each athlete, ensuring their development and success both on and off the field.

My soccer journey has been one of diverse experiences, starting with my time in the FC Strikers academy, where I honed my skills and passion for the sport. Transitioning to the IVC men's soccer team, I continued to excel, competing in rigorous matches and training sessions, further refining my abilities on the field.

However, it was a pivotal moment when I was scouted from a showcase event, earning a trial opportunity with FK Jurnieks in Riga, Latvia. This experience not only showcased my talent but also opened doors to international competition, where I immersed myself in intensive training sessions and memorable matches across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

From academy beginnings to collegiate play and international trials, my soccer journey has been defined by dedication, skill development, and the pursuit of excellence on and off the field.

In a session tailored for optimal game performance, clients can anticipate a meticulously planned regimen targeting key aspects of skill enhancement. Commencing with ball mastery to refine technique, we seamlessly transition to technical drills aimed at precision and control. Progressing to passing drills, to emphasize teamwork and strategic play. Culminating with shooting drills to enhance scoring proficiency. Adapting to age and skill level, drills are customized for maximal impact. Additionally, core strengthening and joint stability are prioritized through carefully curated bodyweight exercises. Ensuring injury prevention and overall athletic prowess. It's essential for players to arrive warmed up and ready for the rigorous training ahead, with post-session stretching to promote flexibility and aid recovery.

Coach Mahyar was such an amazing coach and ran some very unique private training sessions for my son. He originally trained a larger group but my son really enjoyed his training and I was looking for someone to train my son on an one on one basis so I asked him if he could train my son and he was more than happy to do so. He is also so flexible and worked with my schedule. He really put a lot of effort into making his training sessions specific for my son and his needs. I really noticed my son's improvement over time with the sessions he did with coach Mahyar.
