I have coached summer youth sports camps (basketball, lacrosse, field hockey) for many years and love teaching kids anything from the fundamentals to the small details of the sport! I also helped coach Varsity field hockey and lacrosse camps at the high school level for 4 summers. I am currently working at a commercial real estate firm in Manhattan and love staying active by running and playing sports!

I was a 3-sport Varsity athlete for all 4 years of high school and I decided not to play at the collegiate level. Growing up, I played AAU basketball and won the National Championship when I was 9 years old, continuing on to win 2nd, 3rd, and 5th places nationally in the following years. I also played travel lacrosse in the competitive DC area and took up field hockey when I entered high school, making the varsity team as a freshman. My high school won league championships 1 out of 4 years for field hockey, 4 out of 4 years for basketball, and 3 out of 4 years for lacrosse.

I start out each session with a quick assessment of the athletes skill level. From there, we would choose to focus on basic fundamentals if needed including technique and form and move to more advanced skills later on, if possible.
