As a high school and collegiate player I have coached many ID camps with my teams where we have hosted girls from very young all the way up to high school ages. I have also volunteered to coach 3 and 4 year olds for a rec team on Sunday afternoon. I have volunteered and worked the shine soccer camps in Cleveland TN in the summer. I have also been coached by some amazing coaches and learned a lot and benefited a lot from it!

One of the significant highlights of my career was achieving the title of leading goal scorer during my freshman year at Bryan College. As I approach my senior year at Bryan College, I reflect on other notable accomplishments, including my selection for the ODP team representing Tennessee during my high school freshman year. Additionally, I had the privilege of playing for the Chattanooga Redwolves for a brief period and later securing a state championship with the Knoxville Force team. Furthermore, I demonstrated my skills early on by earning a spot on the varsity team during my high school freshman year and quickly establishing myself as a starter. Throughout my high school years, I consistently received recognition such as the "offensive player of the year" award, a testament to my dedication and performance on the field. I also made it to state in track the only year I ran track, which highlights how much I value speed in agility as an important component of the game.

In my sessions I want to provide girls with more knowledge so that they can have a better understanding of what they need to execute. Everything changed for me when I had a coach that slowed things down and helped me understand my specific role. I want to help girls understand the beautiful game. I also want to work on speed and agility with girls and help them understand the value of being "YOUR fastest". Even if they aren't the fastest players on the field, being able to be "YOUR fastest" means so much to your team. I also want to help players improve technically. The game changes when you can pick your head up and look around while being able to get the job done at your feet. These are just a few of the crucial things we will work on each and every session.
