Currently NCAA division III hitting and infield coach, instructor for Elite Baseball Academy out of Holmen, WI. Have coached all levels from tee ball to college players of all levels. Member of the American Baseball Coaches Assn. and Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Assn. and can teach all positions.

3 Midwest Conf championships, first team all conference as four year starter at Ripon College. Currently competing in a competitive wood bat league with college players of all levels, with 10 years experience and 4 league titles.

Hitting progressions with focus on weak areas, no two sessions identical, mixing drills with video breakdown capability as we'll via Hudl Technique. Can do both offense and defense in one session, whether it be infield, outfield or catching.

Mac watched my son hit in the batting cage for 1 "session" of 14 pitches. He gave him some positive feedback on some of the things that he was doing well and then zeroed in on a couple of ways to improve. He had videoed him and showed us what he saw and then gave my son 2 things to work on and sent him back into the cage. There was an immediate difference and my son was lacing line drives right away. This process was repeated and then Mac followed up by sending me a couple of drills for my boy to work on until our next session. If this first time was any indication, then opposing Little League pitchers aren't going to want to see my son coming to the plate this season.

I believe Coach Mac has a unique talent to get young players to respond to him and listen attentively....which is the utmost at this age level. A 10 year old can be present but if a coach cannot make him listen and act, all time is wasted. Nothing is wasted with Coach Mac.
