Session plan depends on the level of the player & what the player is trying to accomplish.
1. Consistency drills (focus on techniques, includes all strokes)
2. Strategic drills (focus on match game plans, how to set up a point, how to win)
3. Match play experience (play a set or tie-breakers for match experience)
4. Fitness (optional)

My goal is to help players improve as fast as possible through selection of drills designed to improve certain areas in tennis.
