I'm currently a professional and amateur trainer with All B.A.L.L. U out of U-Turn Sports Performance Academy. I am also the owner/coach of The Richmond Redhawks Semi-Professional Basketball Team in the East Coast Basketball League.
Former Head Coach at Virginia Union University 2011-2014, also was the top assistant at Virginia Union from 2008-2010.

I played four years of professional ball internationally and 2 seasons stateside in the ABA. In College I was the starting point guard on the 2005 Division 2 National Championship team at Virginia Union University. I am the career leader in assist and steals at Virginia Union. I led the nation in free throw shooting percentage in the 2004-2005 season (90%), As a junior i led the nation in steals with 103 total, which was about 3.2 per game. My teams won 2 conference championships, I was a 2 time CIAA Scholar Athlete of the year selection as well as Defensive Player of the Year in 2005.

A typical session runs for 1 hour. Regardless of what the client is interested in improving on I begin with a fundamental warm up to cover the different stages of development. This is an effort to develop well rounded basketball players. The fundamental warm up last for 10 to 15 minutes. The next 40 to 50 minutes will consist of drills and q&a in the focus area.
