I have been coaching and training athletes for over three years at GSA in Jersey City, where I manage two travel teams and various recreational teams. My coaching experience spans a wide range of age groups, from 2-year-olds to professional players. I work with athletes in individual and group settings, ensuring that each player receives the attention and development they need.

I have coached athletes at different competitive levels, including recreational leagues and travel teams, helping players improve their technical skills, game understanding, and overall performance. I also provide specialized training to individuals looking to refine specific aspects of their game, including professional athletes who are looking to maintain or elevate their level of play.

I currently have three US soccer certification.

I have had the privilege of playing soccer at a high level for the past 13-14 years, with my most recent experience being at both the professional and collegiate levels. I played professionally for two years in Spain, where I gained valuable international experience. Currently, I play Division 1 soccer at Saint Peter’s University in the United States.

Throughout my career, I’ve earned numerous honors, both as part of a team and individually. I have been part of winning teams and have earned various trophies for group achievements. On a personal level, I have also received individual accolades, including recognition for my skill and leadership on the field. This year, I was ranked among the top 3 in the country for assists per game in all Division 1 soccer, which I consider one of my proudest accomplishments.

In a typical session with me, clients can expect a focused and structured workout designed to meet their specific goals, whether that’s improving technical skills, enhancing fitness, or preparing for competition. I approach each session with a clear plan tailored to the athlete’s current abilities and objectives.

I begin with a dynamic warm-up to increase mobility and activate key muscle groups, ensuring the athlete is prepared for the intensity of the session. From there, we move into sport-specific drills, focusing on the key aspects that need development. For example, if the focus is on improving ball control, we might work on footwork and receiving under pressure with small, controlled touches. If we’re working on passing or vision, we’ll incorporate passing drills that simulate game scenarios, with an emphasis on accuracy and decision-making under pressure.

For athletes in higher-level training, I often incorporate situational drills that mimic in-game situations, helping them improve their decision-making, tactical awareness, and overall understanding of the game. The session typically progresses with high-intensity drills that improve speed, agility, and reaction time, followed by cooldown and stretching exercises to promote recovery.

I continuously provide feedback throughout the session, emphasizing technique, form, and mental approach. My goal is to develop not just the physical skills but also the confidence and mindset required for peak performance.
