More About Coach Lukas
Been coaching at Pembroke Pines Charter High School for about 6 years now and currently an Assistant at Fort Lauderdale United FC. I work with all age groups and focusing on getting my D licenses.
Made All County Team two years in a row, I was also named MVP in my senior year of high school. I did not compete at the collegiate or professional level as I wanted to focus on becoming a coach.
My sessions are built around technical work mainly focusing on first touch, speed of play, decision making and game realistic. Clients can always communicate on certain areas they want to work on individually. At the end of the day, my goal is to make the individual leave each training session feeling they have improved an area of their skill.
Begin with a warm up and straight to technical work which includes quick touches and game like drills.
