- All sessions are planned in accordance with the parents and the player to design a specific training plan that will yield positive results in the short and long term.
- Sessions are set up so the athlete gets in as many touches as possible by always incorporating the ball. This is done in order for the player to develop their technical abilities as much as possible.
- As the session progresses, the drills will focus more and more on the specific needs of the players - i.e strengths, weaknesses and position-specific work. As an effect of this, in-game decision-making will improve.
- Sessions are also planned around specific areas that the player personally wants to improve - so that the sessions are motivating and fun.
- My coaching philosophy is one that focuses heavily on mastering the basics, as well as incorporating position-specific drills and skills.

Our son is a goalkeeper who wanted to work on his passing, receiving, and distribution. We’ve are seeing improvements already. Lukas shows up with a plan to meet our specific requests and doesn’t waste a moment of training. He actively works with our son as opposed to just running drills. He is able to quickly pinpoint and correct the little details that our son needs to tweak whenever something isn’t working. This minimizes frustration and the development of bad habits. He is encouraging and extremely professional. We’re happy to have found him!
