My trainings focuses more on technique. The better the technique the better they'll do going through the different competitive levels of the game. I like to take my time in developing good technique and I do this through different drills that will help them out and of lots of repetition. A typical training will consist of a warm up, some dribbling through comes and lots of touches on the ball. That is important. Everything I do a soccer ball will be incorporated. Dribbling at speed and dribbling through cones in limited space...But of course all trainings will be modified to the athletes age and skill level. Drills that will push the athlete to become better.

Luis was great! He worked with my son on conditioning and agility, technique fundamentals, and striking for our first session. My son has been playing for a few seasons now, but to watch the fundamentals improve in a way I haven’t seen due to the 1-on-1 training and patience shown by coach Luis was astonishing! Coincidentally Luis had previously provided training to my daughter’s comp U14 team last year. He was phenomenal with their team. I was looking for training for my boys who play comp U9 soccer which is how we found him here. Luis did an exceptional job with my boys. It was fast paced and highly technical. Most importantly, the session was fun for the boys while providing encouragement. He did an amazing job providing constructive feedback during the session while keeping the boys engaged.
