More About Coach Lucas
I have done private training sessions while I lived in Tampa, I have worked with multiple age groups from 13-18. I have also worked with other coaches, helping out with the younger players within my academy.
I currently play for FGCU men’s soccer team, in the past I have played in the DA/MLS next (2017-2020), ODP (2017-2018), as well as the Tampa bay rowdies.
Start with a warm up, small passing to get the legs loose. We will go into technical work on the ball, getting the touches in. After we will work on large parts of the game, passing/shooting/defending, depending on the session we will put in some fitness at the end. To finish up, a cool down and stretching.
