More About Coach Lucas
I’ve done both individual sessions and teams, during my experience in college and now being a professional athlete. Varying from ages 8-18, trained all different kind of athletes.
Currently competing at the professional level. In college I was all American 2019 for Saint Francis Univeristy, before transferring to the University of Pittsburgh and going to the final four of NCAA D1 in 2022. Recently, I was MVP of Sporting KC second team.
I typically focus on whatever the client wants, I don’t have a set of drills that I do regardless of age and skills or position. Everything is tailored for the athlete’s personal needs.
