I have played basketball for a decade plus. I have competed on at a top level Divison-1 program (Syracuse). I was an All City player in 2003 (Top 5 player in NYC). I also was rated in the 100 players in my class. I have been to the NCCA tournament 3 years: 2004, 2005, and 2006. I know what is takes to get achieve a high level of basketball. I played in Finland, Quebec, and Summeride, Prince Edward Island.
I have been coaching for 3 years now at basketball camps and at the high school level.
Some of the skills that I will be working on are ball handling, shooting, 1 break down moves, post moves, and conditioning. their will be a lot of skill work and drill work.
I want to target grade school children, high school, college and pro/international players. My goal is to help players get better at the fundamentals, as well as other apsects of their game.
High School: McCroskey was ranked 46th by Hoop Scoop and 93rd by ESPN.com…He played guard and ward for coaches Gary DeCesare and Oliver Antigua at St. Raymond High School…The Ravens were 2001 city and state champions…He earned second-team all-city honors and selection on the all-borough team…McCroskey averaged 15.4 points and 7.7 rebounds as a junior, leading the Ravens in both categories…St. Raymond’s was 17-13…During the suformmer of 2002 he participated in the Adidas Camp at Farleigh Dickinson and was a member of the New York City scholastic squad in the Empire State Games…McCroskey earned tournament MVP honors at the Adidas Big Time Tournament in Las Vegas…In December he was named to the all-tournament team at the City of Palms Classic in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and helped St. Raymond’s win the Glaxo Holiday Invitational in Raleigh, N.C.…He was named Catholic High School Athletic Association of New York City Player of the Year after helping the Ravens to another city title and a 26-4 overall record…St. Raymond’s won the diocesan championship…McCroskey earned first-team all-city after averaging 16 points, seven rebounds and three assists a game.
2003-2004 Syracuse University: 4ppg, 2.3rpg
After missing the first three games of the season, McCroskey played in the remaining 28 contests…He scored in 21-of-28 appearances…McCroskey logged double-digit minutes in 19-of-28 outings…His first career points came in his first court time against BINGHAMTON…McCroskey’s eight points at NOTRE DAME, including two three-pointers, helped the Orange earn a key road triumph…He tallied a season-high 10 points in back-to-back BIG EAST games at GEORGETOWN and versus VILLANOVA…He also had a 10-point performance versus ALABAMA in the NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen loss.
Syracuse University 2004-2005: 5.6ppg, 2.9rpg (conference: 5.7ppg, 3.3rpg)
McCroskey was one of five players who played in all 34 SU games during 2004-05...He started 16 contests...The Orange were 14-2 with McCroskey in the starting lineup...He had a career-high 18 points and seven rebounds against PITTSBURGH in the Dome...He scored in 31-of-34 appearances...He enjoyed 11-point outings versus BINGHAMTON and at ST. JOHN'S...He had a career-best four assists in the home encounter with PROVIDENCE to go along with 8 points and 4 rebounds...He had three steals in that game as well as the BIG EAST Conference Tournament win against CONNECTICUT.
Syracuse University 2005-2006: 3.8ppg, 4.5rpg (conference: 3.7ppg, 3.7rpg)
McCroskey had his first career double-double against CONNECTICUT, coming off the bench to score 11 points and pull down a career-high 14 boards...McCroskey leads all SU guards in rebounding average with a 4.5 boards-per-game mark. He had 113 total rebounds this season to make for a career high. Had 14 points against Kent State…had 10 points 9 rebounds and 6 assists against South Florida
2007-2008: Marist 12.5 ppg (1st), 5.5rpg (2nd), FGP: 44.9% 3PFG: 41.0%
All-Tournament Team, Aeropostale MSG Holiday Festival. Played in 19 games, making 18 starts. ... Missed 10 games due to fractured foot suffered at Loyola, Jan. 17. ... Not counting that game, when he was injured two minutes into the contest, Marist was 13-5 with him in the lineup. Averaged 12.1 points and 5.2 rebounds per game, both of which ranked second on team. ... Shot .449 from the field and .410 from three-point range. ... Scored career-high 24 points and grabbed eight rebounds vs. Wright State, Dec. 1. ... Had 22 points, season-high 11 rebounds and season-high four steals vs. UMass, Dec. 8. ... Earned MSG Award at Met Basketball Writers Association dinner for performance in Aeropostale MSG Holiday Festival, in which he averaged 15 points and 7.5 rebounds per game.

While playing for the Millrats McCroskey had several notable performances. One of which was a 25 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists performance vs. Forest Heaves. He also earned and offer from the Springfield Armor of the NBA D-League
2009-2010: Hudson Valley Hype (EBA) 30.2ppg
McCroskey had a break out season while playing for the Hype of the PBA. He averaged 30.2 points per game, which was the second highest average in the league. His stellar performance earned him a place in the PBL All-star game.
2010-2011 Quebec Kebs (PBL) 10.7 ppg 4.5 rpg, and 1.3 aspg.
While averaging a little over 10ppg and 4.5rpg Louie McCroskey was an integral part of the Kebs team for the season and played a big part in them making the playoffs. He had 25 points on January 15th vs the Rochester Razorsharks. He had a season high 30 points vs. the same team in the playoffs on March 2nd.
2011-2012 Summerside Storm Canada (NBL) 10.3 ppg 4.7 rpg, 2 aspg, .42 stls
McCroskey was a big part of the season for the Storm from the guard position. He contributed 10.3 points per game and 4.7 rebounds per game; he also added 2 assists and .42 steals per contest. Louie had several standout games, which included a season high 23 points and 16 rebounds against the Halifax Rainmen.
July 9-12, 2012 Global Basketball Summer League avg. 14.6 pts, 6.7 rebounds, 2.67 assits and 1 steal per game.
