I am the owner/operator and head coach of a prominent fitness studio located in Glen Cove, NY. I have been an industry professional and personal trainer for over 16 years. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), TRX®, and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. My passion for fitness is evident to everyone around me and I am extremely motivating to my clientele.
I have worked with a variety of individuals at all different training levels from high school athletes, Long Island's C.W. Post women's basketball team, adolescents, and woman and men of all fitness levels up to age 85. I have helped create many success stories, including Season 3's winner of "The Biggest Loser", Erik Chopin. I specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, flexibility, sports specific training, corrective exercise, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and overall cardiovascular conditioning.

I started working out with Loucas about 2 years ago after my older daughter was going to him to help strengthen and condition her already intensive soccer regimen. I was impressed with his knowledge of athletic training, nutrition, and how specifically he pinpointed what she needed to strengthen in order to be stronger on the field. I'm a huge advocate of exercise and nutrition myself, and decided that going twice a week to Core to add on to my daily runs of 3-6 miles would give me results in toning that I was looking for. Along with running, I enjoy playing tennis and paddle. I feel he does workouts to help strengthen my muscles for these sports as well. He holds me accountable for my week of eating and working out. I've seen a huge difference in my strength, the intensity to which I can work out, and my mindset on the importance of pushing one's own body. Plus, I sometimes workout with my daughter there and it's fun!
