More About Coach Lorraine

Lorraine (Dunlop) Eloms: Co-Owner of Top Speed and a three-time New York State 100-meter sectional and state champion, Lorraine earned a full track scholarship to Indiana University, where she became a three-time All-American and three-time Big Ten champion. She served as a site director and coached sprints and jumps for 12 years with the Indy’s Racing Cheetahs track club. In the spring of 2022, Lorraine took on the role of sprints coach at Hamilton Southeastern Intermediate Junior High School for both the girls' and boys' track teams. In 2023, she began coaching girls' sprints at Fishers High School, where she guided a 100-meter state champion and a school record-holder, as well as the record-holding 4x100 relay team.

Corey Eloms: Co-owner of Top Speed and a two-time Indiana state champion, Corey received a full track scholarship to Ball State University, where he became a two-time All Mid-American Conference champion in long jump and 60 meters. He coached track for two years at Concordia High School in Fort Wayne, where he developed three state champions, including his sister, Joy Eloms. Additionally, Corey has two years of experience coaching youth football at Eastwood Middle School and three years as the sprint coach at Guerin Catholic High School, where he has also coached his son, Carsen, in football and basketball for the past decade. In the spring of 2022, Corey took on the role of long jump coach at Fishers High School for both the girls' and boys' programs, later expanding his coaching to boys' sprints. His training efforts significantly contributed to the 2024 outdoor boys' state track and field team title.

By educating athletes on the reasons behind their training, we foster a sense of empowerment and confidence. Our goal is for every athlete to leave our sessions more knowledgeable and self-assured than when they arrived.
