More About Coach Lorenzo
I have been coaching for 14+ years. I have experience coaching Football, Basketball, and Baseball. My main sport, however, is Baseball. I am currently the head coach for a local 10u AAA Baseball team. This will be my 3rd year year coaching this particular group of players. The majority of my team has remained with me throughout the entire 3 years. Many of them also follow me to my Football and Basketball teams as well. My biggest strength as a coach would be that I am able to connect and adapt to each player. Not all players learn or take coaching the same. I keep my players fully engaged and help them see that you can have fun, not only playing the sport but also while getting better at it.
I have played baseball for 25+ years and still currently play. I played football, basketball, and baseball throughout my youth and into adulthood. Sports are what I enjoy most, aside from my family, and I feel that my passion for sport is what makes me a great coach.
A typical coaching session for me would look like this.
1. We first determine what the goals for the Player/Parent are for our session(s).
2. Evaluate players skill level to help determine appropriate practice plan.
3. Implement said practice plan.
