More About Coach Lopeti

I am a specialist in speed/agility/strength and conditioning.I have been training athletes the last 7 years in all phases of the sports world. My experience ranges from professional and collegiate athletes to high school and youth sport athletes.I am certified through EXOS Human Performance as a Sports Performance Specialist.

I was a Football player in High School and College. I feel in love with the process of trying to be the best and I want to share that with other athletes.

My training pillars are Mindset,Nutrition ,Movement and Recovery. I believe in pushing the physical threshold and also educating the athlete to create longevity. My sessions always start with Roll, stretch and activation. From there we go into a dynamic warm-up and then into our movement session focusing on what needs to get done to make the client better. We then go into recovery (really important) and nutrition if needed.
