Lok really was great! We have tried two other coaches and while all are good, Lok really stood out. Technically, he is really solid. My daughter learned things she had never been coached on throughout her years of volleyball. He also helped build her confidence, and is very steady. His use of video was really great because it helped my daughter see and differentiate what she was doing vs what he wanted her to do. She has another year of volleyball ahead of her and we will be going back to Lok.

My daughter and I were looking for some extensive training (she is a college player). We were thrilled when we came across Lok-tin's name on Coach-Up. We were familiar with Lok from other clinics my daughter had done and from club team circuit. She would have loved to have tried out for his team, but unfortunately she had aged out.
Lok's fees for sessions are reasonably priced. Sessions are filled with great technique, strategies and pointers. My daughter was looking to bring some real improvement to certain aspects of her game. She feels she was able to do that. She is going back for the new season with confidence and cannot wait to get back at it and for her college coach to see the improvement in certain areas of her game. We highly recommend Lok-tin Yao.

I was very impressed with Coach Lok-tin's training session. He was very organized and made sure I knew what I was doing wrong and showed me exactly how to fix it in order to improve as a player. He always made sure that I understood certain skills by using specific drills to help me continue developing it.
