More About Coach Lloyd

I have been coaching and training people for eight years. I have mainly trained kids and a lot of adults with injuries and in need of weight-loss programs as a fitness manager. I am currently working at New York sports club in Brooklyn New York. I work with all types of clients and willing to train athletic kids in different sports. I am a certified trainer through ISSA (international sports science association) and ASFA which means (American sports and fitness Association) also is C which means (American sports and fitness association) also a CPR certified trainer for over 7 years .

I run track as a sprinter in the 100 and 200 meter race under Olympic development in Brooklyn New York, I also won high school champs in Guyana 2002 in sprint event and also win under 17 / 5k road race in 2004 in my country. I am always motivated and ready to help others that would like to reach another level in fitness and sports .

A training session what consist of a Full body dynamic warm-up exercise and move onto the person fitness goal exercise for that day. My training sessions is structure based on client physical and fitness needs. I create workouts that focus on different muscle group of the human body so that way he or she will see and feel different in the first six weeks and also bring the fitness level up from 0 to 10 in just a few days .
