More About Coach Levi
I have over 13 years of experience coaching athletes, including more than 10 years at the professional level in boxing. I've trained Olympic finalists, two WBC and IBO Youth World Champions, and an IBF World title contender. My focus has always been on developing both amateur and professional fighters, from foundational skills to elite-level conditioning and fight preparation.
I competed as an amateur boxer with over 90 fights and multiple regional championship titles. I trained with national-level teams and participated in international training camps and competitions. While I didn’t compete at the collegiate level in the U.S., my background includes years of intensive training and sparring alongside top-level professional athletes.
In addition to my personal competition experience, my biggest achievements have come through coaching — including guiding athletes to the finals of the London Olympics, WBC Youth World titles, and multiple international boxing tournaments.
Session Plan (Adapted for Beginners / Weight Loss / General Fitness Clients)
A typical session with me is energetic, safe, and structured to build confidence while delivering real results. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back in shape, I adjust every workout to your level and goals.
Warm-Up (10 minutes)
We begin with light cardio (jump rope, shadowboxing, mobility drills) to raise heart rate and prevent injury.
Boxing Fundamentals (15–20 minutes)
Clients learn proper stance, footwork, basic punches (jab, cross, hook), and defense. I make sure movements are smooth, safe, and gradually increase intensity. We may use gloves, mitts, or do air drills.
Cardio + Strength Circuit (15–20 minutes)
I design boxing-inspired circuits using bodyweight exercises, light weights, and bag work. These help burn fat, improve coordination, and build lean muscle.
Cool Down & Breathing (5–10 minutes)
We stretch, breathe, and reflect. I give feedback and set clear goals for the next session — all in a motivating and supportive tone.
My goal is to make every session feel rewarding, fun, and empowering — especially for people who may feel intimidated by boxing at first.
