More About Coach Leola
For the past 10 years I have given Fast Pitch pitching lessons. From Beginners to High School level. I have been self employed most of that time but for the past 3 years I have been a rec coach as well as being a private coach. I am the Head Coach of the Ola Gators 17u recreation Baseball for North Ola Park. I have trained all ages and experience levels.
Starting Varsity all four years at Lovejoy H.S. Team Captain, All-State mentions 96'-98', All State first team 99', North -South All Star Team 99', Fastest Pitch Award, East Cobb League MVP 99', East Cobb Pitcher of the Year 99', First female in Clayton County to receive D1 Scholarship. Georgia State University Full Ride, Conference Freshman Pitcher of the Week on 3 occasions.
No matter the age or experience level, every lesson has 3 main focus points. Skill Mastering, Endurance, and Mental Toughness. We will warm up (flexibility and endurance drills), have a main skill set session, and then a mental breakdown and assessment of the lesson.
