I have coached all levels of athletes from little league to professional. I have coached travel teams up to high school, also coached two years for the Toronto Blues organization. Currently work with small colleges consulting as well. individual and team sessions are available. I have an National Pitching Association certification. Among other memberships.

I played into the Major Leagues with 4 different teams. Seattle Mariners, New York Yankees, New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals. I played most of 12 seasons in the major leagues a total of 16 professional years from 1981- 1996.

A typical first session will begin with brief assessment. then working from the ground up with minor adjustments to feet work. Progressing up through the body, at the knees, hips, torso, chest/back, shoulders, arms, and hands. Dealing with both sides of the body to maintain balance and posture throughout complete motion. I will not overwhelm the client but will begin with one or two adjustments and progress from there.
