More About Coach Lee

4 years experience coaching teams from u9 to u13 and several years doing individual and private group sessions in Ireland. Holder of Grassroots level 1 and 2 and currently studying for UEFA B licence.

Current Sacramento Republic FC defender in the USL championship. I have experience playing professionally for 10 years in Ireland, England and now America. Ex Ireland u21 international.

Session are available for all positions: Goalkeepers, Defenders, Midfielders and Attackers.

Sessions are tailored for individual needs and will focus on:

Technical- Dribbling, Passing, First Touch, Shooting, Heading, Control

Physical: Speed, Reactions, Agility, Power, Plyometrics

He took the time ahead of the session to come up with a thoughtful plan based on the number of players attending, and then showed flexibility to adapt his lesson planning in session to match the areas the players needed more practice and found ways to continually gently pushing them to do better.
