Leah B.

My name is Leah and I am currently an AFAA certified personal trainer in Bowling Green, KY and the Nashville, TN area. I will be a cum laude diploma graduate from Western Kentucky University in May of 2013. I will be earning a degree in Exercise Science and Gerontology. Not only am I knowledgeable on the gym floor, but I also love studying the science behind the human body and proper fitness techniques.

I have recently competed as a NPC Bikini Fitness competitor at the Tricky Jackson Classic 2012. As a competitor, I understand the story behind the results. I want to show my client's how to love their fitness journey while also achieving their desired results.

I have 4 years experience of teaching, coaching, and training clients of all different ages and fitness levels. It is my passion to make my client's feel empowered, encouraged, and strong after they work with me.
