I will always start with a good warm up, then move on to the technical side of the game and progress from there. Each session will focus on a different aspect of soccer to further enhance the clients experience and ability. We will cover the clients needs in the area they are looking to develop. Within goalkeeping, I always start with the fundamentals and technical aspect and then progress to the tactical part of the game.

My daughter is a young soccer player who is a very hard worker but was missing some fundamentals and Lauren was perfect for her. She was patient but she never let my daughter slack. Most importantly for us, she wasn't just a a good coach but also a good teacher. She saw what was needed and addressed that to develop good habits.
