US Soccer C License recipient. Coached camps at Furman University (D1) for many years. I have specialized in 1:1 & small group training for 5 years over my MLS/USL career. Training style is technical through various high intensity drills. I strive for intense bursts over a 50 minute period working on aspects of the game specific to the players position. This is completely different than a team training session, focusing on high speed drills with hundreds of touches. Tampa Bay Rowdies Eastern Conference, Regular Season & Atlantic Division Champion. Two year professional for Atlanta United in Major League Soccer (2019-2020). An All-American several times in college for Furman University. I played for Manchester United Academy from ages 6-16 and as a result have been coached by the best in the world including Ole Gunnar Solksjaer, Michael Carrick and Wayne Rooney.

My sessions are a $300 flat fee (up to 6 players) for 1 hour as my time and energy is very limited as a professional soccer player. The price is the same for 1:1 and group sessions! After 6 players it is $50 extra per player. My sessions are intense and focus on the European fundamentals that I was taught. I often provide technical elements as homework so players can improve when they aren’t with me!

Laurence is excellent at training youth the skills not often learned at the competitive level. Would recommend 100% of the time. He’s patient yet pushes kids to excel during every session.
