More About Coach Laura
I have 8 years of basketball training experience with all levels. After playing college basketball, I spent 2 years college coaching at Cleveland State University and the University of Indianapolis. During my time in Indianapolis, I spent 2 years as a full-time Basketball Trainer and Basketball Operations Assistant for the WNBA Indiana Fever. I have worked with all age groups from 1st grade to pro level.
I played 4 years of college basketball at Division 1 Northern Kentucky University and Division 2 University of Indianapolis. I was a two-time all-conference player, led my team in scoring and assists, and hold the record for career free-throw percentage.
My training sessions focus on the overall basketball player. Typically, I break the session into four parts: ball handling/footwork, finishing, shooting, and live play/decision making. If the athlete needs more attention on a specific part of their game, we will focus on that skill. I teach the basic fundamentals and then challenge those skills with more advanced techniques and drills.

The Vision Basketball Academy training session was an amazing session to learn new finishes around the rim and new moves I've never seen before
