Traditional Basketball Training Sessions: These workouts are for all ages. First, I meet with the client for a performance evaluation. If the client is a minor, then his/her parent or guardian is encouraged to attend. The evaluation allows me the information I need to tailor each skill-building experience to the client based on his/her needs, strengths and weaknesses. I am well equipped to tackle any basketball-related deficiencies: from defensive liabilities, ball handling, comprehensive shooting and offensive variations. I also specialize in plyometric (explosive/fast-twitch muscle memory) training that can be applied to any sport. Remember to bring water and a towel.

Basketball Party Cardio Sessions: These workouts are designed for non-basketball players who want to energize their exercise routine. We begin with stretching and warm up. Then we incorporate individual and group drills set to great music! We wrap up with a soothing cool down. Remember to bring water and a towel. Song playlists are always welcome!

Coach G has been awesome. He has my 14-year-old son playing his best basketball. He makes him work hard but keeps it fun and interesting. My son looks forward to his training sessions and the conversations they have about basketball and life.

Great coach!

I would recommend coach Larry to anyone.

I am happy with Coach Larry. I chose the Basketball Cardio session to try something new and I'm glad I did! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM

Great coach! The boys love him. Good techinique and a lot of energy. Nice! He was good with the younger one and also had excelent conversations and gave good trainning sections to my older son.Thank you Larry.

We were in Miami on vacation and met coach Larry for a session. My kids really enjoyed the session and got a lot out of it. He is engaging, intelligent and very technical. I highly recommend Larry. My kids saw an improvement immediately. Thanks a lot!

Great coach for any person who wants to take ball serious. Follow up on all drill and there's no way you can fail. He's like training with a friend.

I'm a french 14yr old. When i booked the sessions i wanted to improve my shooting and my speed. It was great, he improved my shooting by making my shooting form/mechanic a lot better, be improved my speed with with and without the ball drills but he also helped me to acquire a wide range of new basketball skillsetts. He's great and i recommend him to anybody who wants to be better at basketball

My son worked out with coach Larry today, and I must say that I am impressed. He is prepared, clearly a true basketball coach/trainer. He was able to evaluate my son very quickly and identified aspects of his game that has taken other coaches weeks to realize we're lacking. Larry knows technique, but best of all made it fun for him. Needless to say my son wants to work with him consistently. Also, I must point out that I love the fact he was on time, gave my son a little extra time and was very courteous/professional with me. Thanks Coach

Coach Larry is patient and engaging and gets right to the point of training. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

He motivates you to do your best. Is a very intelligent coach that will help you achieve your goals. Improved my game from only one session.

Great job coach Larry! My son felt so comfortable training with you. He taught my son new skills, organization skills, great job on breaking down specific plays. We will definitely book more ball sessions. See you soon coach!

Coach G was a very assertive trainer interesting multiple drills he learned over his life. On the occasion I'd find myself frustrated with myself because I could not learn a skill very quickly but Coach G would help you calm down relax and help you learn it as soon as possible and as easy as possible. Coach G was an impeccable life coach as well always seemed to know what to say to give you the best advice possible for your life as well. Coach G is the best coach I have ever had personally and will never regret being trained by him because I learned so much. Artemios Sirigos
I’m so glad I had the opportunity to work with Coach Larry. I had so many skill levels that needed improvement and he was able to identify them quickly. He’s a Coach that takes the time to make sure you are doing everything correctly (shooting forms, post moves, footwork, drills, defensive moves, etc.). He pushes you to work hard at all times because he wants you to be the best that you can be at all times. He’s supportive and motivates you through it all. Working with Coach Larry, I saw improvement quickly, my shooting- especially my 3’s, dribbling, jumping, post moves, and explosiveness. Raymond Ball II
Larry Haygood, or Coach G as I know him, really cares about getting you better. You can say that about a lot of coaches but he works really hard to get you better at the skill you want to get better at. He built a relationship with me not only on the court but off the court too. I have had coach G as a trainer and a coach and he was the best I've had in my opinion. He's committed to what he does, he trained me at 6am in the morning and took me to school after. And I'm no SPECIAL player that has the support of a bunch of coaches to work me out in the morning, but Coach G believed in me and got me better. I saw results quickly because he cared not only about getting my talent better but my work ethic. He constantly got on me for the little things i would do wrong, and it got me better faster. And from a coaching stand point, he has both the good cop and bad cop perspectives. When he coached me at Marina High School, all the guys loved him. He's a character and has a fun personality. But when it's time for practice and games, he gets serious and that's what I respect. Also there was a team, LA City Wildcats, a team that James Harden and Nick Young played on. It was a serious program that was struggling at the time. They hired Coach G and things started to turn around. He got me to play because he thought it'd make me tougher and polish my game. Because I am an Orange County kid and L.A. City Wildcats was a team in Compton, and it got me a lot tougher. Overall, Coach g was a big impact of my life and he cares about getting you better. Not to forget that he is 6'9, a dead eye shooter, and can handle the ball, so he knows how to train multiple positions.
