Initial Assessment/Warm-Up/Ball handling, Shooting, Conditioning, Plyomterics and Strength Work
We use Spark Pro to adjust basketball movement and teach the proper way to jump and land
We video each work to give client immediate feedback and use their game film to show areas of strength and areas that need improvement
