Mission:
Real Run international is designed to teach players the fundamentals of basketball. Many players have the desire, but lack the knowledge of how to elevate use there there game to the next level. Learn proven techniques from a former player that has performed at every level( high school, college, NBA and international).

Objective:
My training provides students true world class shooting techniques, designed to improve accuracy. Training the right way puts our students into a higher skill bracket, while enhancing their ability to make self corrections. This translates into players gaining confidence that will make the difference between winning an losing.

Profile
Los Angeles Clippers first round pick 7th overall 1994 NBA draft. ALso played for the Cavs, Raptors, and Nets for an illustrious 11 year career averaging 11.3 pts. Holds the Raptors single season three point field goal percentage. (45.6%)

20 min finishing techniques:
shooting pocket, foot print, and cookie jar.
10 One and two dribble pull-ups right and left

Coach Lamond worked with my son and their session was excellent. Coach Lamond helped my 6th grader son's shooting tremendously by showing him the right fundamental techniques. He spotted a couple of major flaws in my son's shooting technique on the first day, corrected them, and reinforced the right techniques through numerous drills. We have had several private sessions with him and his gentle yet firm teaching is very effective for my son. My son has been playing in an advanced-level traveling club competitively for the last 2 years and I believe Coach Lamond has helped take his game to the next level. Working with Coach Lamond is one of the best decisions my son and I have made. Any serious athlete who would like to take his/her game to the next level should definitely work with Coach Lamond!
