Three year varsity player at Medford Tech high school in New Jersey. In my senior year I was rewarded with third team all county and second team group two. For my college career I Walked on at Division 2 Felician University, where I started in my second year.

A client can expect a challenging workout that's going to test them mentally and physically. Working on the parts of their game that they need to improve the most and also adding different dimensions to their game.

-The first session will be used to assess the players skill set and what parts of their game needs most improving.

- Every session after the first session will be tailored to that players specific skill set focusing on what they need to do to get better.

I have known Lamine Cooper for almost ten years through basketball. We attended the same high school (BCIT-Medford Tech) and played for the same program. As a player and teacher of the game, Lamine has always demonstrated a high basketball IQ. Along with his IQ, he has a great work ethic and feel for the game that has helped him throughout his career. I highly recommend working with him, because he has a lot to offer as a trainer.
