More About Coach Lamar
have been a professional basketball player for 8 years. My career has allowed me to play all over the world in countries such as: France, Switzerland and Japan. My love for the game has given me the eagerness to work hard, stay dedicated and improve each year in every aspect of my game.I feel that all the knowledge and experiences I have had with basketball can GREATLY benefit other players.
My sessions are designed to develop skills, confidence and consistency. I focus on advancing player knowledge about basketball from defense to offense. I have been training grade school through college athletes for 3 years. I worked at Mott Community College as a skills development coach for their mens basketball program. I also am a AAU coach for the Toledo Vipers organization.

A client can expect a mix of basic and advanced drills depending on their skill level. Most of my workouts are what I put myself through so they will be getting a hands on experience of what professional basketball players do. Typically we would start with stretching and then move on to ball handling to get a feel on the level of the players ball handling skills. Then we would move on to shooting drills to see if the players form or release needs any tweaking or not. The first session is usually an evaluation to determine what level of drills the client can handle.
Focus: Ball Handling Drills, Shooting, Rebounding, Agility Drills and Strength & Conditioning. During the workouts you will be pushed to your maximum limit to achieve great results in the end and this will help you see drastic improvements in every facet of your game.
