Throughout my life I have had a passion for playing various sports which led me to coaching and training athletes. I began coaching at lacrosse camps during the summers while still a player in college . I have coached all ages in a variety of sports, lacrosse being my primary. My experience includes coaching at the Youth, High School, Club and NCAA Division I and III levels in numerous locations around the country since 2001. I have also been an official for High School Girls' Lacrosse in Virginia.

I was named High School Lacrosse Player of the Year by the Washington Post and also a multi-year High School All-American while playing for St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School in Alexandria, Virginia, the No.1 ranked team in the country at the time. I was honored to be the first recruit signed by the University of Notre Dame to begin building their lacrosse program. While playing for the Irish I received multiple Big East awards, All-American nominations, and was also a two-time Team Captain.

Each session will begin and end with an appropriate warm up/cool down and stretching routine geared towards injury prevention. Sessions will be tailored to the needs of the group or individual athletes. For beginners, I will start with coaching basic stick skills, proper body positioning and footwork. For more advanced individuals or groups, athletes will be coached on techniques on how to read the field and the opposition, critical thinking, and higher-level strategies of the game, all while ensuring a thorough grasp of the fundamentals. I have experience with numerous drills which I utilize to hone individual offensive and defensive skills as well as the skills needed in multi-player situations.
